Booking Protection Public Tour
With booking protection, the booking can be canceled with a full refund (except for the booking protection fee) up to 2 hours before the booked appointment.

Without booking protection, the following applies:
Up to 24 hours before the tour starts, rebooking is possible at no extra charge, provided the new date is available. Otherwise, a voucher for the amount of the booking will be issued, which can be redeemed for a future booking (valid for 3 years from the end of the current year).
Between 24 hours and 2 hours before the booked tour, rebooking is possible for a rebooking fee of 25% if the new date is available. Otherwise, a voucher for the amount of the booking minus 25% will be issued, which can be used for a future booking (valid for 3 years from the end of the current year).
Between 2 hours and 15 minutes before the booked tour, a rebooking is possible with a rebooking fee of 50 percent if the new date is available. Otherwise, a voucher for the booking amount minus 50% will be issued, which can be used for a future booking (valid for 3 years from the end of the current year).
